Linden was born in Oregon and spent his youth in Los Angeles. At age thirteen he and his family moved to Connecticut and he would remain an East Coaster until his recent move to Arizona.

Looking out into the beauty of the desert from her classroom window while spending time with these remarkable children, Deborah is pleased to be near nature and teaching at a school with conscious, green intentions. She began her journey into teaching with a BA in education from Westminster College in PA, and shortly afterwards, moved out west to Flagstaff, Arizona, where she acquired her AZ state teaching credential.
Steven has moved here from Utah. He has four lovely children. He likes hiking, taking pictures, and fishing in his spare time. Steven has been teaching for 13 years. He has taught both upper and lower grades. Coupled with his certification as an elementary teacher, he also has a master's in educational leadership and a bachelor's in political science. Steven is excited to explore the beautiful scenery of Arizona and teach in this wonderful Waldorf inspired school.
Marc received his BA degree at Franklin & Marshall College and his M.Ed. and Waldorf Certification degrees at Adelphi University, in Garden City, NY. Marc began his teaching career at The Waldorf School in Lexington, MA. In 1981, he took his first class at the Pine Hill School in Wilton, NH, where he was a class teacher for 12 years. Marc returned to Lexington School to graduate his second class. In 1999, lured by the red rocks and former colleagues, Marc joined the Terra Rosa Charter School. In 2005, Marc became the Pedagogical Director at the Desert Marigold School in Phoenix.
After graduating from college with a major in fine arts and a minor in education Donna began her teaching career as a handwork teacher in Green Meadow Waldorf School. She and her husband then spent four years in London, England where two of their three children were born. Returning to the United States the family settled in Kimberton, PA where Donna worked at Kimberton Waldorf School as a handwork teacher, a kindergarten assistant and as a kindergarten lead teacher.
